Ejin Leah Kim is second year M.S. student in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, concentrating in food and agricultural economics. Originally from South Korea, she has received her B.S. from the same program. She has previously worked at the Environmental Defense Fund, studying the relationship between corn, dairy diet composition and methane emission, and at Oxfam designing research framework to evaluate Oxfam's role on promoting women's land ownership in Tajikistan. She is interested in analyzing the impact of various agricultural policies on food security and environmental sustainability and hopes to address challenges in these areas using computational models and techniques.

Apart from her studies, She enjoys watching independent movies and experimenting different recipes in her kitchen.
