Marcel Vitouley is a research assistant at Institue for Empirical Research in Political Economy (IERPE) where he performs surveys design and statistical analysis. He uses quantitative methods to evaluate the impact of social reforms in Sub-Saharan Africa with a focus on Benin. His is interested in development economics especially on issues related toagriculture, education and infrastructure.
