Trisha Bhujle is a CALS senior from Lewisville, Texas. She studies Environment and Sustainability with a dual focus on food systems and conservation social science. Her honors thesis research focuses on how climate change amplifies human-wildlife conflicts in Tanzania's Burunge Wildlife Management Area, and she was fortunate to recently present her findings at the World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi. Having written and illustrated a children’s book on spotted salamander migrations, Trisha particularly enjoys making technical scientific information more accessible to diverse audiences through artwork, children’s content, and other media. She hopes to continue to research and communicate critical conservation and food systems challenges across continents and cultures.
