Shiyun Jiang is a master student at Cornell University in Applied Economics and Management. Prior to joining Cornell, she completed her undergraduate studies through a joint program between China Agricultural University and Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness. Her research interest lies in agricultural economics, and labor economics with a focus on studying gender gap in agri-food value chains. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, singing, jogging and hiking with friends.
